You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, assist patients throughout their entire treatment process, and help uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety—making a real difference every day. **Your responsibilities will include, among others:** * Accompanying patients from their arrival at the clinic, assisting them during their stay at the center, monitoring their general condition and noting any changes since their last dialysis session, and supporting the transfer of dependent patients. * Providing all necessary patient care in accordance with corporate protocols, as well as monitoring and recording patients’ temperature and weight before and after dialysis. * Supporting the nursing team in administering prescribed medications and carrying out dialysis treatments according to defined prescriptions, procedures, and current operational guidelines—ensuring proper patient service. * Reporting any abnormalities observed in patients and/or in the dialysis monitor or disposable materials used during treatment. * Inspecting and preparing dialysis monitors and other materials prior to hemodialysis, following internal instructions and protocols, and verifying each patient’s medical prescription. **Take the first step toward a career that truly matters.** At Fresenius Medical Care, every team member plays a vital role in improving the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.
