Your mission: Drive prescription of assigned products through medical detailing to primary care professionals within the assigned geographic area, in accordance with company policies and guidelines, aiming to achieve established sales targets. Your challenges:* **Prioritize and execute key growth opportunities within the assigned territory.** * **Conduct visits to primary care clinics to increase product prescriptions.** * **Plan and manage the client portfolio, executing a structured and effective visit plan.** * **Design and implement the local action plan, optimizing return on investment and portfolio growth.** * **Periodically analyze the territory (sales, clients, action plan) to ensure achievement of objectives.** * **Conduct targeted pharmacy visits to ensure product availability, staff training, and support for specific initiatives.** * **Actively participate in courses, seminars, and medical congresses where the company is present.** Requirements:* **Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical detailing within primary care.** * **Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.** * **Residence in Madrid.** * **Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple products simultaneously.** * **Dynamic, solution-oriented profile with strong commercial orientation.** * **Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.** **About Uriach:** With over 185 years of history and business operations across more than 70 countries, Uriach Italia is a leading European nutraceutical company.
