About the Digital Competency Development Specialist Role We require a **Digital Competency Development Specialist** to work with e-learning platforms, multimedia content, and high-impact technological training projects. **What do we require?** * University degree (Bachelor's, Diploma, or Technical Engineering), officially recognized in Spain if obtained abroad. * Master's degree or studies related to e-learning. Experience * In handling and using Moodle as a virtual learning environment management system. * In judicial administration environments or similar, with demonstrable knowledge of judicial applications. * In administration, configuration, maintenance, and functional and/or technical management of Moodle. * In monitoring and providing technical support for technological training projects. * As a multimedia content developer for online training in multiple formats. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** The role focuses on making technological training clear, structured, and genuinely useful for its recipients. * Enhance users' digital competencies through functional support and training—both centrally via support channels and locally at sites with assigned staff. * Organize and deliver annual training sessions and best practices workshops on-site (minimum two events), targeting all OIS and ETC personnel. * Annually design, develop, and deliver two courses (in-person or online), each lasting at least 80 hours, aimed at civil servants of the SGCSDCO—particularly TAIS—blending in-person, synchronous/asynchronous online, and proactive/reactive rapid assistance modalities. This is a position for someone who enjoys working with Moodle, creating engaging content, and observing users advance in their use of digital tools.
