We are seeking professionals with 2–5 years of experience in Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) operations, knowledge of operational automation, and the ability to proactively propose improvements to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide advanced technical assistance to clients, managing incidents related to the implementation and operation of hybrid cloud environments, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud environments using effective troubleshooting techniques to rapidly restore services. Escalate incidents to higher tiers when necessary, ensuring clear and seamless communication among involved teams. Apply updates and patches to Linux and Wintel systems and applications, ensuring service continuity and infrastructure security. Participate in technical review meetings, war\-rooms, and evolution planning sessions, contributing ideas for process improvement and cloud environment optimization. Contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Knowledge of AIOps and NoOps (extreme operational automation) is highly valued. Maintain cloud service configurations, Landing Zone setups, and manage IaC (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform). Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes and CI/CD configurations (pipelines). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for cloud infrastructure maintenance. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and provide out-of-business-hours support when required. Participate in performance reporting and post\-mortem incident analysis, contributing to the development of preventive strategies. Proactivity is a must. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in technical support and operations within cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP preferred). Familiarity with on-premises environments and proficiency with Linux/Windows terminals is a plus. Experience operating basic and advanced services, preferably on AWS (knowledge of Azure or GCP is also valued). Native IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. Familiarity with Kubernetes-based solutions (EKS, AKS) is a plus. Scripting automation experience using Python and Bash. Ansible experience is valued, including inventories, roles, and task creation. Experience building and maintaining pipelines (Rundeck, Jenkins). Knowledge of software development lifecycle (Git repository management). Experience with Terraform and integration across multiple clouds, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP.
