Good working atmosphere **Salary:** €1\.400,00 per month Job Description: A **collective catering** company is seeking a **cook** to work in a **central kitchen**, responsible for preparing menus for collective institutions. **Working Hours:** From **4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.** (Continuous shift – availability during these hours is mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of menus in large volumes. * Production in the central kitchen following technical specifications and planning. * Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Organization and cleaning of the work area. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in a central kitchen or collective catering. * Culinary or hospitality training (preferred). * Knowledge of HACCP and food handling. * Punctuality and commitment to the scheduled hours. **Offered:** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Salary according to the collective catering agreement. * Morning continuous shift. * Good working atmosphere.
