Within this unit, we are responsible for **ensuring strict compliance with tax and accounting regulations** applicable to our subsidiary companies. In addition, we consolidate and standardize the group’s economic and financial information, as well as its accounting standards, ensuring transparent and efficient management of financial resources. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will supervise and manage the company’s accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating the accounting team’s activities. * Ensuring correct classification and recording of financial transactions. * Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations. * Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Analyzing variances and providing explanations for their causes. * Ensuring accounting operations comply with local and international standards, as well as Group standards. * Collaborating with external auditors and preparing required documentation for audits. * Participating in budget preparation and conducting financial forecasting. * Monitoring financial performance and suggesting adjustments for continuous improvement. * Identifying opportunities to improve accounting and administrative processes. * Implementing new technologies and tools to increase efficiency. * Training and mentoring junior members of the accounting team. * Fostering a collaborative and continuously learning work environment. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** University degree or higher vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Technical/Functional Knowledge:** + Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role. + Solid understanding of accounting regulations and accounting principles. + Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Excel). + Analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team.** We respect differences that make us more human. * **Camaraderie.** We work as a team and learn from one another. * **Flexibility and work-life balance.** Remote work is part of our DNA.
