




Job Summary: We are seeking a Remote Roadside Assistance Operator to deliver high-quality support and assistance to insured customers in emergency situations, managing calls and coordinating services with empathy and professionalism. Join our team as a Remote Roadside Assistance Operator, delivering quality support and assistance to those who need it during urgent travel situations. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle calls from our insured customers requiring roadside assistance. * Coordinate dispatch of towing, mechanical, or technical assistance services. * Deliver empathetic, effective, and professional customer service to our insured customers. * Track cases, resolve incidents, and ensure full closure using an automated case management system. #### **WHAT WE LOOK FOR:** * A team of professionals delivering personalized telephone assistance to insured customers—managing, processing, and tracking claims with a HELPING SPIRIT, COMMITMENT, and RESPONSIBILITY. * Individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. * Basic computer literacy. * Minimum 1 year’s prior experience in a call center or technical support role. #### **BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS:** * Fixed shifts of 30 weekly hours, Monday to Sunday, 14:00–20:00. Available at the Tres Cantos and Alcorcón centers. * Fixed shifts of 30 weekly hours, Monday to Sunday, 18:00–24:00. Available only at the Tres Cantos center. * Fixed shifts of 34 weekly hours, Monday to Sunday: 16:00–21:00 on in-office days and 16:00–24:00 on remote work days.
