Promote equity, inclusion, and fair treatment in the workplace Country Spain Province Madrid \- Madrid Application Deadline 30/04/2026 Category Direct Support **NGO Information** Diaconia **Rating** (1 rating) **info** Response Rate: 49.89% **info** **Objective** ------------ Prevent and intervene in mental health vulnerability situations associated with women survivors of trafficking and/or sexual exploitation within residential resources and outpatient care settings. **Area: Women and Anti-Trafficking Work.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct interviews and provide accompaniment to program participants. * Identify needs, vulnerabilities, and risk factors, and plan interventions accordingly. * Deliver individualized, family-based, and group psychosocial support to program participants, as well as develop and facilitate psychoeducational workshops. * Provide psycholegal support in coordination with the legal department and prepare relevant reports. * Conduct psychological crisis intervention (referral and coordination with Mental Health, Psychiatry, or other specialized resources, if required). * Mediate and manage conflicts and coexistence issues arising within the service. * Coordinate with the team on training proposals, intervention models and guidelines, and individual and group psychoeducational recommendations. * Assist in drafting follow-up and final reports. * Participate in on-call duty/mobile unit services when required by the program or service. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the local coordinator or supervisor. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Psychology. * Master’s Degree or Certification in General Health Psychology. * Mandatory professional registration. * Experience working with women survivors of trafficking and/or sexual exploitation. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * 40-hour weekly contract * Working hours: Monday and Tuesday: 10\-18 (at residential resource) / Wednesday: 10\-18 (office) / Thursday: 9\-17 (office) / Friday: 9\-16 (office) * Applicable collective agreement: National Social Action and Intervention Agreement – Group 1 *At Diaconia, we are committed to creating workplaces where equity, inclusion, and fair treatment prevail.
