Ideal candidates should demonstrate: * Proven experience managing short\-term rental properties (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) * Strong operational understanding of pricing optimization, calendar and booking management, guest communication, and end\-to\-end workflows * Familiarity with property management tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (considered an advantage) * Awareness of international rental regulations and industry best practices * Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail Geographical focus: * Europe * North America, Central America, and South America Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: 2,000\.00€ \- 2,200\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
