




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and organizational support to various business lines and support departments, with responsibilities ranging from billing to travel and event management. It has a dedicated Project Management team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction processes, as well as another team focused on market analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide administrative and organizational support to all Business Lines and Support Departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal, OPC, and SSGG) * Billing for closed transactions (including KYC control point) * Meeting room reservations * Ad hoc translations (ES\-ENG, ENG\-ES) * Travel reservations (business trips, hotels) and related documentation management * Catering reservations for meetings / events * Restaurant reservations for client meetings * Support to the Marketing Department in creating commercial documentation, organizing events, and maintaining BNPPRE’s intranet * Support to the Finance Department in debt collection * Vendor / intermediary accreditation * Accreditation of BNPPRE as a vendor * Performing administrative or support tasks as required by the company **REQUIREMENTS** * Secretarial education (including vocational training, higher-level vocational qualifications, or administrative studies) or university degree (Translation, Business Administration and Management, or similar) * Advanced English (minimum B2\), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, teamwork, attention to detail, active listening **Commitment to diversity and inclusion** BNP Paribas Group in Spain is an equal opportunity employer and takes pride in offering equal employment opportunities to all job seekers.
