Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR and Training Technician to support recruitment, team follow-up, and coordinate our internal Academy within a growing project. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development At Reines, we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate an HR and Training Technician into our central office in Las Rozas de Madrid. We seek a dynamic, organized, and proactive profile who wishes to join a growing project and participate both in the Human Resources area and in the coordination and development of our internal Academy. **Main Responsibilities** **Human Resources Area** * Support in talent selection and acquisition processes * Conducting interviews and candidate follow-up * Management and coordination of onboarding * Internal team follow-up * Administrative support related to HR tasks **Academy / Training Area** * Organization and coordination of courses and training programs * Student follow-up * Coordination of internal schedules and training sessions * Organizational support * Support for social media and internal communications **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles * Strong communication and organizational skills * Problem-solving mindset with initiative * Empathy and ability to work effectively in a team * English proficiency is a plus * Proficiency with digital tools and social media **What We Offer** * Integration into an established and growing project * Positive and collaborative work environment * Opportunity for professional development * Full-time or part-time position * On-site work at our central office (Las Rozas de Madrid) * Salary to be determined according to profile and experience If you are looking for a dynamic environment with growth potential, we would be delighted to meet you.
