DESCRIPTION **Join our team!** At Better Consultants, we are looking for a **Senior Functional Analyst / Host Technical Lead (COBOL)** to participate in key projects within the banking sector, with high business and core systems impact. You will work on complex initiatives where functional knowledge and analytical capability make the difference, as part of teams developing critical solutions on host environments. **Who are we looking for?** We seek professionals with solid mainframe experience, capable of going beyond development to deeply understand the business.
