We are looking for a maintenance technician to work in several hotels in the southern area of Madrid. Main responsibilities include facility care and maintenance, as well as proactive management of any incidents or breakdowns that may arise. Candidates must have knowledge and experience in electrical maintenance, masonry, painting, and plumbing tasks, along with other duties inherent to the position. We offer a full-time position of 40 weekly hours, Monday through Friday, on the morning shift. The usual working hours will be from 09:00 to 18:00, respecting legally established breaks. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a responsible and dynamic individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) - Relevant vocational training preferred.
