You will serve as the liaison between site personnel and the office team, ensuring proper administrative and operational coordination of the project. Main responsibilities: * Control and management of **daily working hour records for site personnel** * Coordination and monitoring of **PPE distribution** * Liaison with **client representatives on site** * Administrative management of staff incidents * Response in case of **occupational accidents** (reporting, follow-up, contact with mutual insurance companies) * General support in organizing and coordinating the on-site deployment team What are we looking for? * Primarily an **administrative profile with strong organizational and problem-solving skills** * Prior experience in construction or site environments (desirable) * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to handle incidents promptly and effectively * Proficiency in standard computer tools Scheduled hours: 40.0 per week Work location: On-site employment
