Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the workshop In Oviedo (Asturias), we are looking for a person to produce daily pastries, doughs, and traditional confectionery products. Duties include preparation, kneading, and baking, as well as controlling fermentation processes and baking times. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of doughs, pastries, and traditional confectionery are required. The working schedule is full-time, from 4:00 to 11:00 AM, with a temporary contract that may become permanent. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for Confectionery Workshops of the Principality of Asturias.
