




We are looking for a profile to perform administrative tasks in a meat industry company located in Mercamadrid. Main responsibilities include customer service and managing and archiving all relevant documentation, both internal and external. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and keeping databases up to date. Additionally, they will maintain contact and manage relationships with suppliers, carry out invoicing, review delivery notes, and communicate with the accounting office for sending accounting and tax documentation, among other duties related to the position. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shifts between 07:00 and 15:00, including applicable legal breaks. * At least 1 year of experience performing similar duties. * We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. Completed ESO, Bachelor's degree, or GM/GS in administration.
