With 30 years of experience and a multidisciplinary team of over 500 professionals, we are driven by our commitment to grow every project and client we work with. **We want you to be part of this great team!** **What are we looking for?** A **Senior Microcomputer Technician** Work location: Madrid, Spain Work mode: 100% on-site Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Providing technical support and assistance to end users * Logging, managing, and resolving incidents and requests via ticketing tools * Resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents while ensuring SLA compliance * Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment and peripherals * Supporting operating systems * Performing basic user and permission management * Supporting office productivity and collaboration tools * Escalating complex incidents and coordinating with other IT teams * Documenting procedures, solutions, and best practices **What do we require?** * Technical education in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support, microcomputer support, or Help Desk roles * Solid knowledge of microcomputer systems, ticketing tools, and corporate environments * User-oriented mindset, autonomy, and strong communication skills * Experience in high-volume corporate ticketing environments * Knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and mobile devices **We offer** excellent benefits, growth opportunities, and professional development support.
