We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our team on strategic aerospace projects!** We are looking for an **Aerospace Engineer specialized in Airborne Platform Testing (ground and/or flight)** and **Systems**, with solid experience in Integration, Verification, and Validation, to join the **SCAPA** project. What will you do? * Plan, coordinate, and execute airborne platform tests, both on ground and in flight. * Prepare and manage test-related documentation: **test plans, procedures, ATPs, validations, and final reports**. * Define requirements, test strategies, and Verification and Validation methodologies for complex systems. * Coordinate system integration activities and full-system testing. * Participate in multi-company and international programs, interacting with partners, suppliers, and internal teams. * Collaborate in flight permit management (valued). * Perform reliability analysis and life testing (RGT, TAF, HALT/HASS). * Drive proper execution of the test cycle during PDR / CDR / TRR / FDR phases. * Ensure delivery of deliverables, technical requirements, and quality standards. Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our requirements — go ahead and tell us what you can bring! **Mandatory:** ✅ Aerospace Engineering or related degree. ✅ Over 5 years of experience in airborne platform testing (ground and/or flight). ✅ Experience in Integration, Verification, and Validation of systems. ✅ Experience producing advanced technical documentation: plans, procedures, ATPs, reports. ✅ Knowledge of full-system testing and integration. ✅ Experience in Defense environments and systems (Radar, Avionics, FLIR/EO, EW, Sonar…). ✅ Participation in multi-company projects and international teams. ✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in **Torrejón de Ardoz**.
