Madrid \- Published on 7/13/2026 **ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Junior SAP Consultant**, you will join SEIDOR's **SAP Consulting Unit**. Within this unit, we support organizations in their transformation toward intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Furthermore, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- You will begin your journey in SAP consulting, actively participating in SAP system implementation, configuration, optimization, and support projects. You will work under the supervision of senior consultants and project managers, gaining experience and knowledge in specific SAP modules. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Participating in SAP solution implementations aligned with client needs and requirements. * Configuring and parameterizing SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) under the supervision and guidance of a senior consultant. * Identifying and analyzing client requirements to gain a clear understanding of their business processes. * Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure correct system understanding and functionality. * Documenting configurations and implementation procedures, test results, and correcting errors under the supervision of a senior consultant. * Preparing training materials and user guides. * Providing technical and functional support to end users during and after implementation. * Participating in SAP system maintenance and upgrades. * Assisting in resolving technical and functional issues arising post-implementation. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering disciplines in general, or related fields. * **Advanced level of English**, especially for international projects. * **1–2 years of internship experience**; prior experience in SAP or ERP consulting is highly valued. * **Technical and Functional Knowledge:** + Basic understanding of SAP module functionality. + Familiarity with and comprehension of business processes and standards in areas such as finance, logistics, sales, etc. + Basic ABAP programming knowledge (desirable). + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities. + Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. + Understanding of client needs and ability to work under supervision. + Initiative to propose effective improvements and solutions tailored to client requirements.
