What Will You Do Daily?
– End-to-end national fleet management.
– Vehicle requirement definition, acquisition (purchase, rental, or leasing), and renewal.
**– Cost control and analysis:** fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls, fines, etc.
– Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fleet availability.
– Management and negotiation with suppliers (workshops, insurers, leasing companies, etc.).
– Supervision of vehicle usage and coordination with regional offices.
**– Regulatory compliance oversight:** MOT inspections (ITV), insurance, documentation, environmental regulations, etc.
– Use of telematics tools and data analytics to optimize efficiency and productivity.
– Preparation of reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
– Availability for occasional travel to regional offices.
What Are We Looking For?
**– Technical education:** university degree or higher vocational training (preferably in technical, logistics, or management fields).
– Minimum two years’ experience in fleet management or similar roles.
– Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics.
– Advanced Excel proficiency.
– Proficiency with IT tools and management systems.
– Experience with telematics or GPS systems.
– Knowledge of sustainable mobility or fleet electrification.
