Complementary: Planning, development, and delivery of workshops and awareness-raising activities; project management; knowledge of volunteer management and mobilization; plus knowledge of coexistence, immigration, gender, sexual diversity, human rights, and interculturality. **Valued Additional Training:** Training in human rights, feminist and intercultural theory, and project cycle management (logical framework, results-based management, theory of change). **Requirements** Languages: Spanish. Basque, French, and English are desirable. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media. Others: * Knowledge of sociosanitary resources and services in the Autonomous Community. * Understanding of the social reality of the target population. * Valid driving license B1. * Availability to travel throughout the Autonomous Community. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Experience** Experience in community and social projects, training, awareness-raising, and EpTS (Educational Prevention and Training Services). Experience delivering trainings on: coexistence, interculturality, social skills, emotional management, sexual and reproductive rights, conflict resolution, etc. Knowledge of the social and associative fabric of Bizkaia—especially Barakaldo—and of migrant and antiracist communities. Experience and understanding of how NGOs (NGDOs) operate. Experience working with migrants and youth. Experience facilitating groups using innovative methodologies (e.g., Theatre of the Oppressed, body expression, etc.). Prior experience working with Médicos del Mundo is valued.
