




MISSION Reporting to the head of Operational Design and Projects within santalucía's Operations Department, your mission is to lead continuous improvement, projects, and optimization of processes impacting front-end systems for policy underwriting and management. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Functional management of front-end tools:** Define and maintain functional requirements for policy underwriting and management tools. Work on alignment with various operational teams. Prioritize enhancements and corrections in collaboration with IT and business teams. **Liaison with key departments:** Gather requirements from sales networks, internal and external clients, and translate them into functional specifications. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of functionalities. **Testing and validation:** Define and execute functional test plans (UAT) to ensure delivery quality. Identify incidents and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams. **KPI monitoring and continuous improvement:** Monitor the usage of front-end tools and analyze performance and satisfaction metrics. Propose continuous improvements based on data, user feedback, and business evolution. **Documentation and training:** Develop functional documentation and user guides for internal users. Participate in training sessions and communications regarding new functionalities. **Regulatory compliance and operational alignment:** Ensure that tools comply with current regulations and processes defined by the Operations Department. REQUIREMENTS **Desired experience:** Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in team leadership or transformation project management Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector Experience in front-end systems and digital service creation for operations. Experience in policy underwriting and management front-ends/tools is desirable. Knowledge of and interest in Santalucía's business model, objectives, product portfolio, structure, culture, and strategies. **Required knowledge:** University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering A Master’s degree in insurance business, project management, or digital transformation is desirable Knowledge of insurance products and processes. Expertise in office software. Experience with metric tracking tools and workflow tools is desirable. **Skills:** Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse and heterogeneous teams.
