The Operations area is seeking an **ENERGY UNDERWRITER/ANALYST** to join its team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Analyze energy risk underwriting (both Oil & Gas and Electricity sectors) at national and international levels. * Manage international insurance programs and maintain direct contact with ceding companies. * Manage and develop technical products in the field of risk management, including implementation and monitoring, to ensure up-to-date risk quality, achieve established objectives, and provide appropriate customer service. * Prepare quotation proposals and manage clients within the sector. * Collaborate with Business Units, Legal Advisory, MAPFRE companies worldwide, Sales and Marketing, Claims, and Administration. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (engineering background preferred). * Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in underwriting analysis and issuing international programs. * Upper-intermediate level of English. * Advanced computer skills. **COMPETENCIES** ---------------- * Analytical thinking * Innovation * Teamwork * Commitment * Customer orientation * Decision-making analysis * Attention to order and quality
