MISSION Reporting to the Document Management Area Manager within the Operations Directorate of santalucía, your mission is to lead operational digitization projects aimed at implementing and evolving the functionalities of company processes involving the use and integration into the document management and digital signature ecosystem. REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** Minimum 5 years of prior experience leading or managing transformation projects Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector Experience in document management projects and services (document digitization, digital signature, OCR services, etc.) Knowledge of and interest in Santalucia's business model, as well as its objectives, product portfolio, structure, culture and strategies. **Required Knowledge:** University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering Master’s degree in insurance business, project management or digital transformation is desirable Familiarity with insurance products and processes.
