The selected candidate will be responsible for advising our clients on purchasing insurance products, ensuring an exceptional experience. **Responsibilities:** * **Insurance Expertise:** Demonstrate solid knowledge of various types of insurance, primarily personal and business insurance. * **Insurance Product Definition:** Analyze client needs and recommend the most suitable insurance products, clearly and concisely explaining coverage and terms for each. * **Insurance Contracting Operations:** Assist clients throughout the entire insurance contracting process—from information collection to policy formalization. * **Insurance Sales:** Develop effective sales skills to promote and market diverse insurance products, aiming to meet client needs and achieve company objectives. **Requirements:** * Prior demonstrable experience in the insurance sector, preferably in an advisory or sales role. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. * Academic background related to the insurance sector (preferred). **We Offer:** * Professional development opportunity within a leading insurance-sector company. * Excellent working environment and growth opportunities within the organization. * Competitive salary package and social benefits.
