Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Group HR team, supporting diverse people-related processes and gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. Agile environment with training, development & career growth opportunities ### **We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Intern to join our Group HR team and support a wide range of people\-related processes. This internship offers hands\-on experience in HR operations, onboarding \& offboarding, compliance, wellbeing initiatives, and employee support. Working with Verisure is being part of an industry leading, world\-class company that thrives on a strong entrepreneurial spirit.** ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Administrative support:** + Provide HR administration support including: invoice management, purchase order creation and tracking, document management for audits and HR records + Assist with updates in Workday * **HR Operations support:** + Act as first line support for Group employees based in Spain regarding leaves of absences, benefits questions, among others. + Support HR colleagues with operational tasks, reporting, among others. * **Immigration matters:** + Support the management of work permit processes + Track visa/permit expiration dates and manage renewal process * **Onboarding support:** + Collect and manage new hire information + Prepare and ensure a smooth onboarding journey (Welcome Plan, Welcome kit, among others) + Support coordination of contract drafting, Workday tracking. + Follow up on probation periods, internship timelines, and contract end dates. + Deliver onboarding presentations for new hires * **Local compliance:** + Support adherence to labor law regulations and internal policies + Assist in compliance tasks * **Well\-being initiatives:** + Contribute to the monthly well\-being newsletter + Assist in executing well\-being activities **What we offer:** * Start up and agile environment where you can thrive * Minimum of 6\-month internship and up to 1 year * Training, development \& career growth opportunities * Benefits such holidays, free fruit \& lunch provided when you come to the office * Hybrid working model ### **Location** Position based in Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcon) ### **Reports and organization structure** This position will report to the HR site coordinator **Candidate profile** ### **Experiences and Qualifications** We are looking for a **high potential / top performer** individual who will have the opportunity **to learn** from a growing organization and have a **real** **impact** on the business. * Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law or similar * Solid knowledge of Excel (ability to work confidently with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters, basic formulas, and large data sets) * Good command of Microsoft Office tools * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Previous experience or internship in an HR department is a plus * Strong interest in developing a career in HR * Experience with HR systems, SharePoint or intranet tools is a plus ### **Languages required** * **English** **: fluent** * **Spanish:** **advanced** ### **Competencies** * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Open\-minded, sociable and approachable personality * Proactive, flexible and dynamic attitude towards work * High level of commitment, ownership and accountability * Reliability: ability to deliver high\-quality work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities * Agility: ability to adapt to change * High level of confidentiality, professionalism and trustworthiness ### **Strong fit with our Company DNA** * Passionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly. * Committed to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
