Working in a development-oriented, diverse, and inclusive environment Job Description: **MISSION**: Within the Direct Digital unit, actively participate in transforming data into strategic information, considering all factors impacting business management both in BAU operations and in realizing the strategic vision. To achieve this objective, the candidate must manage, develop, and support information extraction, processing, and analysis processes, and maintain constant communication with other departments to provide context and validation for the conclusions drawn. This ensures information homogeneity and consistency underpinning diagnostics, thereby facilitating decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Ability to extract and analyze key information for business monitoring * Analytical and synthesis skills to communicate results to impacted departments * Creation of dashboards for periodic updates of information and monitoring KPIs * Communication skills to interact effectively with other departments **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Sciences * Intermediate level of English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Databricks * Specific knowledge: Python and SQL programming * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of the most relevant Talent Centers for AXA, with over 3\.000 employees working on local and international projects.
