Join a solid company with projects under development DESCRIPTION At **Naturmet**, a leading company in the promotion, construction, and operation of biomethane plants in Spain, we are currently undergoing strategic expansion. With one plant operational since 2023 and the start of construction of four new projects scheduled for 2026, we are looking to hire a **Construction Director** to lead our national-level technical execution. **Construction Director** ---------------------------- **Main Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence during the construction phase of our project portfolio, managing: * **Operational Leadership:** Supervision and coordination of Site Managers assigned to each plant. * **Management Control:** Comprehensive oversight of budgets, execution timelines, and compliance with technical performance requirements. * **Third-Party Management:** Negotiation and coordination with critical suppliers, EPC contractors, insurers, and specialized subcontractors. * **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Ongoing liaison with other company departments and periodic reporting on construction progress. REQUIREMENTS **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a professional with a strong track record in the industrial sector who brings: * **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years in industrial construction, civil works, industrial complexes, or large-scale tertiary projects. * **Education:** Degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture/Surveying, or related construction fields. * **Languages:** Advanced English (negotiation capability).
