As a Studies Technician, you will play a key role in preparing and analyzing bids, tenders, and economic studies for both public and private projects. You will be a strategic contributor to the technical and economic viability of projects, ensuring that each proposal complies with the company’s requirements and standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Budget and Tender Preparation**: Prepare bids for new construction and public works projects, ensuring technical and economic accuracy. * **Tender Document and Requirement Analysis**: Analyze tender documents, administrative conditions, and technical documentation for public procurement processes. * **Quantity Surveying and Budgeting**: Perform detailed measurements and calculations to ensure the profitability and economic viability of each bid. * **Cost Control during the Study Phase**: Estimate costs, analyze variances, and optimize the economic proposal. * **Coordination with Site Teams and Technical Offices**: Collaborate with site managers, engineers, architects, and internal departments to validate technical solutions. * **Administrative Documentation Management**: Prepare reports, justifications, and economic and technical documentation required for tenders. * **Negotiation with Suppliers and Subcontractors**: Request quotations, compare prices, and select competitive alternatives. * **Technical Report Preparation**: Present study reports, cost analyses, and alternative construction solutions. * **Final Project Evaluation**: Analyze outcomes of awarded projects to improve future tender submissions. Requirements * **Mandatory Qualification**: Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, Building Construction, or Civil Engineering. * **Minimum Experience**: 3–4 years in studies or budgeting departments, specifically in **new construction** or **public works**. * Experience handling public tenders and administrative documentation. * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and public procurement contracts. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence or willingness to work in **Madrid, Valladolid, or León**.
