At **In Extenso in Spain \- ETL GLOBAL**, specialists in establishing and managing Spanish subsidiaries for French-speaking SMEs, we are looking for **a French-speaking Senior Mission Manager** to strengthen our teams in **Barcelona**, **Castelldefels**, and **Madrid**. **Join our team of experts and take your career to the next level with us.** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise international tax and accounting advisory services for clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. * Tax planning and restructurings. * Supervise the preparation and filing of international tax returns and tax declarations. * Analysis and control of annual financial statements and accounting closings. * Liaison with tax authorities and resolution of international tax issues. * Supervise the preparation of financial and tax reports for strategic decision-making. #### **Do You Fit the Profile?** * A degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related disciplines is required. * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in tax and accounting advisory roles — why?
