Context:
The energy engineer participates in all phases of electrical supply projects, including tendering, design, manufacturing, factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance, as well as system and power technology upgrades and renewals—including 750V, 1,500V, 3,000V, 25kV, etc.—for urban, interurban, and high-speed railway applications.
Missions/Main Duties :
* Analysis of customer requirements.
* Production of technical and functional specifications.
* Support to the client during the tendering phase, including tender specification, tender supervision, tender proposal evaluation, etc.
* Support to the client for energy system design review, manufacturing/upgrading/renewal, factory acceptance testing, and on-site installation.
* Support to the client during testing and commissioning.
* The energy expert may work simultaneously on multiple tenders and projects.
* The energy expert may be prepared to lead the energy department on a medium-term basis with appropriate personnel.
Profile/Skills :
* Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience in the railway sector.
* Knowledge of power systems and their interfaces; familiarity with 750V, 1,500V, 3,000V, 25kV power systems.
* International project experience and exposure, with understanding of working in a multicultural environment.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within multicultural and multinational teams.

* Willingness and ability to travel abroad for short assignments, client visits, or project support.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for international projects. Level B2/C1\.
