At Excelia, a multinational consulting, technology, and professional services firm with over 25 years of experience and presence in more than 50 countries, we are seeking a Junior Security Consultant to join projects related to cybersecurity, technological risks, and regulatory compliance. Remote work mode, with occasional on-site requirements in Barcelona for meetings or coordination sessions. We seek a junior profile with an engineering background and motivation to develop professionally in the fields of information security, technological auditing, and risk management. **Responsibilities** * Support evidence collection, organization, and management for audits and internal controls. * Participate in monitoring activities related to technological and operational risks (ORM). * Collaborate in access reviews, user recertifications, and permission controls. * Support tracking of security vulnerabilities and associated documentation. * Prepare simple service status and progress reports. * Collaborate with technical and business teams on initiatives related to compliance and security. * Use Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) for coordination and document management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Junior profile with interest in professional development in cybersecurity and risk management. * Basic or academic knowledge of information security, access management, or technological risks. * Familiarity with concepts such as ITGCs, ISAE 3402, or the DORA regulation will be valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Desirable** * Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT Auditing, or Risk Management. * ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification. * Knowledge of European financial regulations or Bank of Spain regulations. * Awareness of regulated environments and regulatory compliance. **What We Offer?** Stable employment with an international company.
