If you have experience leading complex initiatives in CIB, an end\-to\-end perspective, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders… this opportunity is for you. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Lead complex programs and projects within Global Markets Coordinate end\-to\-end initiatives (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, IT) Interact with senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, etc.) Define the strategic roadmap and prioritize initiatives Supervise multiple Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams Manage risks, dependencies, and budget **What are we looking for?** \+10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in CIB environments (Global Markets) Solid experience in Equities (Cash and Listed Derivatives) In-depth knowledge of ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Clearing Proven experience in: * Order Management (Care, algorithms, block trading) * Connectivity (DMA, EDA) * Front\-to\-Back workflows Experience in Back Office processes (confirmations, etc.) **What do we offer?** Work arrangement: Hybrid in Madrid Strategic project with a top-tier banking client International and collaborative environment Opportunities for growth and leadership Permanent contract Full-time
