Leading the evolution of the identity and access management platform **We are looking for a Senior IAM Specialist – Keycloak \| Remote** At Excelia, we seek a **senior IAM specialist with solid Keycloak experience** to lead the evolution of our identity and access management platform. **Your Mission** You will be the key reference person for designing, implementing, and evolving IAM solutions based on **Keycloak**, ensuring security, scalability, and a robust authentication experience for corporate applications and APIs. **Key Responsibilities** Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions based on Keycloak Configure and customize authentication flows (login, MFA, SSO) Integrate Keycloak with corporate applications (web, mobile, and APIs) Manage identity federation with LDAP, Active Directory, and external providers Implement standards such as OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2\.0 Define access policies, roles, and permissions Optimize platform performance, high availability, and scalability Conduct security audits and regulatory compliance assessments Document solutions and support development teams **Technical Requirements** * Solid **3–5+ years of production experience with Keycloak** * In-depth knowledge of IAM architectures and application security * Experience integrating with: * Active Directory / LDAP * REST APIs * Microservices * Experience deploying with **Docker and Kubernetes** * Scripting and automation using **Bash, Python, or similar** * Cloud experience: **AWS, Azure, or GCP** * Knowledge of certificates, encryption, and key management **Highly Valued** * Developing **SPI extensions for Keycloak** * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** * Background in **DevSecOps** * Security or IAM certifications **Key Competencies** * Strong analytical ability * Ability to solve complex problems * Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders * Autonomy and results orientation * Security best practices mindset **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
