We are looking to hire a Configuration Management Engineer to work in Torrejón de Ardoz under a hybrid model, participating in technology projects where configuration control and product traceability are critical.
What will you do?
* Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Plan.
* Support the definition of the product tree and system structure.
* Define and manage baselines.
* Control and justify product configuration both internally and externally with customers and partners.
* Manage traceability of configuration items (CIs) and their associated changes.
* Perform technical document management activities.
* Participate in customer meetings in an international environment.
What are we looking for in you?
**✅ Education:**
Industrial Organization Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
**✅ Minimum Experience:**
1–2 years in configuration management, processes, or engineering support.
**✅ Technical Knowledge:**
* Product configuration management.
* Identification and control of configuration items (CIs).
* Product definition (product tree, ICAs, IPFs, REEF, etc.).
* Document management and version control.
* Configuration methodologies in engineering environments.
**✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge:**
* Systems engineering or defense environments.
* Technical processes and structured document management.
**✅ Key Competencies:**
* Organizational and follow-up capability.
* Rigor in documentation and process control.
* Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
**✅ Languages:**
* Advanced English required (for participation in customer meetings).
