The Supplier Analyst serves as a key liaison between **Category Management** and **Business Units**, coordinating with **Supplier Technicians** to ensure that the 200 suppliers align with global strategies and compliance standards. **SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES** Using a combination of Supplier Plans defined by the Category Management team, structured processes, available scorecards, as well as inputs and escalations received from various internal stakeholders, the Supplier Analyst will be responsible for: **Supplier Strategy Planning and Execution** * Manage day-to-day oversight of the supplier portfolio within the assigned category. * Analyze spend and performance data to support Supplier Managers and Category Management in developing Supplier Plans and segmentation when required. * Review trends and provide business recommendations to identify opportunities for spend consolidation. * Coordinate specific development activities, collaborating with Supplier Technicians when necessary. * Ensure a baseline level of contractual and specific supplier term compliance, aligned with Flowserve policies and procedures. * Plan and lead supplier meetings and business reviews based on KPI compliance. * Monitor supplier capacity, delivery timelines, and service levels to ensure business continuity. * Escalate performance issues or risks to Supplier Technicians as appropriate. **Supplier Health Management** * Manage supplier relationships, overseeing overall performance and specific improvement initiatives. * Monitor and act upon performance in competitiveness, delivery, quality, and cost. * Collaborate with Supplier Technicians on supplier risk management, including maintaining risks in the SC Risk App for higher-risk suppliers. * Coordinate escalations and risks with suppliers through appropriate channels. * Maintain open communication channels and accurate master data for the supplier portfolio. * Analyze aggregate supplier capacity against business needs, identifying bottlenecks and proposing alternative sourcing options. **Operational Support** * Coordinate with plant leadership or Business Units to resolve routine incidents and escalate risks. * Support incident resolution by collecting data and facilitating communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Ensure business continuity and responsiveness of key suppliers. * Ensure consistent governance across multiple Business Units sharing suppliers. * Consolidate escalations originating from MORs and define actions for the supplier ecosystem. **KEY OBJECTIVES** * Execute the Supplier Plan based on the defined strategy. * Coordinate data-driven activities in collaboration with Supplier Technicians. * Monitor supplier ecosystem performance and drive mitigation actions. * Ensure baseline contractual coverage and contract compliance. * Conduct risk assessments, prioritizing critical suppliers. * Drive spend consolidation aligned with the strategic supplier approach. * Coordinate and resolve escalations related to high-risk suppliers. **ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE** * Reports to the Regional Supplier Management Leader. * Matrix reporting to the relevant Category Director and, where applicable, the Divisional Supply Chain Director. * No direct reports. **REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * More than 4 years of experience in Supply Chain. * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills. * Demonstrated understanding of commercial and technical aspects of the supply chain. * Highly commercial orientation and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in project management. * Knowledge of the supplier base within the relevant category. * Understanding of market dynamics. * Strong analytical skills in data collection and interpretation. * Certification as a Supply Chain Professional. * Geographic availability for travel. * Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels. **What We Offer** * A comprehensive benefits package alongside a competitive salary.
