At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** You will join a temporary position within the jewelry, fashion accessories, and watchmaking department, where your mission will be to maximize assortment profitability through sales optimization, promotion management, and inventory level control. You will lead department planning and management with the objective of meeting customer needs, ensuring balance among product availability, turnover, and margin. **Main responsibilities and requirements.** ### **Responsibilities:** * Sales development and campaign planning: define sales, promotion, margin, stock, and intake plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Assortment parameter setting: closely collaborate with the Buyer to define range, option plan, and attribute-based assortment structure. * Performance monitoring: analyze weekly, monthly, and campaign performance, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing corrective actions. * OTB (Open-to-Buy) management: adjust purchases based on forecasts and establish plans to optimize stock. * Promotion budget management: apply discount strategies to boost sales, optimize inventories, and maximize margin. * Store- and cluster-level planning: adapt strategy to different locations and store types. * Stock tracking: plan and monitor product lifecycle phases by category and cluster to ensure availability and turnover. ### **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or International Trade. * English proficiency level B1. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * High-level Power BI skills. * Experience in budgetary control and cost management. * Analytical capability and ability to handle large volumes of data. * Strong focus on profitability and business analysis. * Proficiency in data analysis tools. * SAP experience is a plus. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees' children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply, as your experience could be highly valuable to us.
