If you meet the requirements and are seeking a senior-level challenge in **Payment Methods**, we want to hear from you. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements** * Over 10 years’ experience as a **Functional Analyst / Product Owner**, exclusively in **Cards**, within major Spanish banks (e.g., Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Sabadell). * Participation in at least five end-to-end strategic Cards projects. * Expert-level proficiency in **Payment Methods and the PCAS platform** (mandatory). * Comprehensive functional knowledge of the **lifecycle of physical and corporate cards**, including: * Onboarding (web, app, branch, partners) * Scoring, physical and virtual issuance * Limits, blocking, authorization (3DS, MCC, anti-fraud) * Visa/Mastercard settlement * Billing, revolving credit, deferred payments * Fees, interest, insurance * Delinquency, collections, provisions, cancellations * In-depth understanding of payment regulations: **PSD2, IFR, fees**, etc. **Functional Knowledge and Systems** * Santander channels: App, Santander Personal, Bizum, One Pay FX, branch, physical POS, and e-commerce. * Internal and regulatory reporting: BdE, EBA, ANA, SII, FATCA/CRS. * Customer communications (SMS, email, push notifications, letters). * Systems and platforms: * Partenón (core banking) * Altair (customer management) * Siebel CRM * Way4 (prepaid) * Base24 or equivalent (authorization) * Corporate Data Lake (CDL) * Databricks / Host * Gravity * Analytical and statutory accounting. * Loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns. ### **Competencies** * PAYMENT METHODS * BANKING FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS * product owner * cards * user stories * PSD2 * architecture board * cards committee * safe * PCAS * IFR * fees
