Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Class Skilled Worker – Foreman for an industrial construction company, responsible for site layout, blueprint interpretation, construction execution, and coordination of trades. A company specializing in the study, development, and execution of construction projects—both new builds and renovations—particularly within the industrial sector, seeks to hire: **FIRST-CLASS SKILLED WORKER – FOREMAN** Responsibilities include all duties typical of a site foreman and first-class skilled worker: site layout, blueprint interpretation, execution of various construction work packages, coordination of all trades and industrial workers involved in the project, monitoring delivery notes for personnel, industrial subcontractors, and suppliers, and attending site visits alongside the Site Manager. Daily reporting to the Site Manager is required. Project types focus primarily on industrial construction and civil works. Qualifications: PRL 60h Occupational Risk Prevention Training (mandatory). Working at Heights. Elevating Work Platforms. Forklift Operation. Confined Space Work. Work in ATEX Zones. Own vehicle and valid Class B driving license. Proven experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker or Foreman. Direct employment contract with the company. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (including a 30-minute breakfast break) and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary according to the Barcelona Construction Collective Agreement for a First-Class Skilled Worker (€31.020 (subject to update for 2025 and 2026)), allowances when applicable; holiday and Saturday work compensated separately, as are overtime hours. Annual bonus of 5% of the company’s profit distributed among all employees.
