If this sounds like you, keep reading. **What will you do daily?** * Participate in and lead large-scale digital transformation projects across various companies. * Also serve as the reference point to ensure cultural change positively impacts the business. * Work with agile methodologies in a continuous integration environment. * Coordinate with all company teams to ensure their integration into the process and alignment throughout. * Make decisions regarding technological solutions to apply and/or modify. **What do we expect from you?** * Prior experience in similar projects. * Technical education to better understand development teams. * Numerous strengths—and above all: initiative, resilience, and empathy. * Passion for digital transformation and the ICT environment, matching ours.
