We seek a Change Manager with experience in critical IT environments, capable of ensuring effective change management, minimizing risks, and guaranteeing service stability in complex and global environments. Key Responsibilities: * Review, assess, and prioritize change requests. * Analyze impact, risks, and dependencies. * Coordinate with technical teams for testing, validation, and planning. * Actively participate in local CABs and international ICABs, including preparation of meeting minutes. * Manage the change process in ServiceNow. * Document changes, link them to incidents, and monitor post-implementation. * Define and update rollback plans. * Prepare daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports, and track KPIs. * Train Technology and Business teams on the change management process. * Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and audit, security, and quality requirements. Requirements: * Proven experience in change management within critical IT environments. * Practical knowledge of ITIL (Change, Incident, and Problem Management). * Experience with ServiceNow. * Ability to coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Desirable: * Experience managing major and critical incidents, including: + Immediate activation and coordination of technical teams. + Continuous and proactive communication with Business and stakeholders. + Preparation of post-mortem reports and root cause analysis. + Risk management and definition of preventive actions. #babel What do we offer?
