We are also responsible to assure the planning, implementation, controlling and governance of precautionary measures to secure the continuity of critical business processes at admission of BCM failure scenarios. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Definition and further development of group\-wide standards, concepts, strategies and methods for the BCM. * Development of the BCM\-frameworks under consideration of regulatory and entrepreneurial requirements. * Identification of BCM security risks, development of security measures and assuring the implementation through the responsible sites. * Securing a company\-wide controlling and reporting framework. * Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. **What You Bring** ------------------ * Accurate, perennial knowledge of Business Continuity Management (ideally in the 2nd line of defense role as well as in as in the financial sector). * Knowledge on operational resilience concepts (for e.g. EU\-DORA). * Knowledge in IT Continuity Management (incl. IT Disaster Recovery), Physical Security and Risk Management. * Accurate conceptual, organizational and analytical capabilities. * Effective oral and written communication skills in business English to work with international teams.
