Headquartered in the UK, OFA leads in the UK, France, and Spain, and maintains a presence across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America. #### **Job Description** The Outsourcing Support Specialist is part of the operations team of **6conecta**, a SaaS platform dedicated to occupational risk prevention and coordination of business activities (CAE). This role’s primary mission is to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely management of client documentation within the validation service, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, service excellence, and a strong customer focus. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the document review team to ensure adherence to quality standards and established internal procedures. * Review, verify, and validate administrative, employment, and occupational risk prevention documentation for client companies, workers, and teams. * Manage CAE (Coordination of Business Activities) documentation for projects and events, ensuring its collection, tracking, and timely delivery to client representatives or via external platforms. * Provide professional, solution-oriented communication when responding to client and partner inquiries via phone, email, or other support channels. * Manage and resolve platform-related tickets, ensuring full traceability and adherence to response times and defined SLA commitments. * Conduct priority document reviews according to deadlines and service levels defined by the client. #### **Requirements** Education: * Vocational training or higher education in Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety and Health, or a related field. Professional Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in document management, regulatory compliance, or services related to CAE. * Experience in administrative, outsourcing, or regulatory compliance environments will be valued. Technical Competencies: * Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Ability to quickly learn and confidently operate digital platforms and document management systems. * Intermediate level of English required; advanced level preferred for international communication.
