He comes seasoned from demanding projects, where he has created and configured users, installed and hardened machines, and fine-tuned systems with solid performance tuning—like adjusting a guitar before performing a 'chotis'. LVM does not faze him: he safely and judiciously extends, creates, and removes VGs, LVs, and filesystems. He navigates cluster configuration with ease, reviews chains and Flash Copies, and leverages scripting whenever automation is needed to save time. His track record includes administration of HP-UX, AIX, and Linux (Red Hat and SUSE) across multiple versions—always methodically and thoughtfully.
