We specialize in the end-to-end development of all processes involved in hotel transformation. We design, build, and manage furniture procurement and installation, delivering comprehensive, high-quality service for every hotel project. Responsibilities What will be your mission? As Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning construction work processes, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and delivery schedule standards. What will your day-to-day look like? * You will manage and lead the workforce (tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers), ensuring timely delivery and work quality. * You will coordinate and supervise daily activities across all stages of construction projects until completion. * You will interpret blueprints to ensure works are carried out according to specifications and quality standards. * You will monitor material and equipment usage, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance. * You will ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and health regulations. * You will maintain effective communication with the Construction Manager and other project stakeholders. Requirements **Who are we looking for? You are the ideal candidate if:** * You have at least 5 years’ prior experience as a Site Manager, preferably in retail, food service, and/or hospitality sectors, * You are available to travel and relocate to various geographic locations. * You possess an advanced level of English or French (an asset). * You are a natural team leader with a positive, solution-oriented, and committed attitude. * You are accustomed to working under pressure in dynamic environments.
