The internship will take place within the **Warehouse & Distribution** area, part of the **Supply Chain** function — a critical department ensuring proper management of storage and distribution operations. The team works closely with Customer Service, Planning, Operations, and Logistics to optimize goods flows, improve process efficiency, and drive digital transformation through technological tools and data analytics. This experience will enable you to understand end-to-end (E2E) logistics processes comprehensively and the role warehouse and distribution play within a global supply chain.
**Training objectives**
The intern will have the opportunity to:
* Understand how storage and distribution operations function within an international supply chain.
* Learn to use information systems and digital tools applied to logistics management.
* Develop knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators related to Warehouse & Distribution.
* Become familiar with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI and SAP, applied to optimizing logistics processes.
* Understand end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes and interactions among different functional areas.
* Learn methodologies oriented toward continuous improvement and digital transformation of operations.
* Strengthen analytical, organizational, and communication competencies in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
* Understand the importance of efficient information management in supporting decision-making within Supply Chain.
Training activities
Under continuous supervision and mentoring by the tutor team, the selected candidate will be able to:
* Learn how information systems used in Warehouse & Distribution operations function.
* Collaboratively support, for training purposes, digital transformation initiatives in the area using tools such as Power BI and SAP.
* Participate in developing and updating reports and dashboards for tracking logistics activity.
* Become familiar with developing digital tools aimed at improving process efficiency and internal users’ experience.
* Observe logistics indicator analysis alongside Supply Chain specialists.
* Understand how storage and distribution operations function and coordinate with other areas such as Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Planning.
* Support various supply chain teams, gaining a holistic view of logistics processes from a training perspective.
* Learn best practices in data analysis, information management, and continuous improvement applied to the logistics environment.
**Mentoring and follow-up**
The intern will be supported by a professional from the Warehouse & Distribution area who will act as the company mentor and facilitate progressive integration into the learning environment. From the start of the internship, training objectives tailored to the student’s academic background will be defined, and periodic follow-up will be conducted through orientation meetings, doubt resolution, and continuous feedback — promoting acquisition of both technical and transversal competencies linked to logistics and supply chain management.

* Master’s in Advanced Production Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
* Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
* Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management (ADE).
* Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
* Other related degrees in logistics, operations, engineering, or data analysis.

**Languages and tools valued**
An English proficiency level equivalent to **C1**, facilitating participation in an international environment, is highly valued, as well as advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables and core functions). Knowledge of **Power BI**, **SAP**, and databases is also considered advantageous, though not mandatory unless specifically justified by the training program.
