**Position Objective** Provide direct support to the Hotel General Manager in operational, administrative, and strategic tasks, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operations of a luxury hotel located in the heart of Madrid. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily coordination of hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F\&B, maintenance). * Participate in management meetings and prepare meeting minutes and reports. * Support the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the preparation of reports. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and guest experience initiatives. * Monitor incidents and propose solutions. * Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and VIP guests. * Contribute to the organization of internal and external events. * Research new suppliers and negotiate terms. **What We Are Looking For** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level). * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude, discretion, and attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **We Offer** * Practical training at a 5-star Hilton chain hotel. * Online training through "Hilton University". * Direct supervision by the management team. * Multicultural and dynamic work environment. * Meals included during shifts. * Internship completion certificate.
