But more than that, we make working here worthwhile** We are seeking an **Optician** to join our team at the **Project Lobster by Ace \& Tate** store in Madrid, located on C. de Fernando V, working **36 hours per week** **What Our Optical Experts Do and Requirements** * **Conduct precise and high-quality eye examinations** using advanced equipment and applying your expertise in binocular refraction measurement methods. * **Ensure perfect frame fitting**, achieving optimal vision, comfort, and adaptation for each customer. * **Be the optical expert**, training and supporting the team with deep domain knowledge. * **Set the standard for optical care**, combining technical skills with first-class service to help customers find the best solutions. * **Advise customers on lenses**, with special attention to enhancements to support informed decision-making. * A **professional qualification as an Optician or studies in Optics/Optometry** is a mandatory requirement for this position. * **Native-level Spanish proficiency (basic English is an advantage)** is essential for effective communication with customers and teamwork. **What We Offer** * **Opportunities to grow and develop**, participating in the process from within. * **We recognize your value** with a competitive salary structure and annual reviews as part of our commitment to your professional development. * **Time to recharge**, with 31 vacation days per year: 4 full weeks \+ 2 weekdays \+ your birthday off.
