At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a **Maintenance Officer** for our **Senator Barajas Hotel**, located in **Alameda de Osuna, Madrid**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned facilities. * Conduct tests and inspections according to protocols to ensure the safe operation of equipment and infrastructure. * Monitor water, electricity, and gas consumption, reporting any incidents to your supervisor. * Provide technical support to guests and staff for the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and PPE appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record incidents and report any anomalies affecting hotel operations. * Comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations (Occupational Health and Safety and Legionella). * Uphold and promote the brand image and values of the hotel chain in all activities. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in Electricity or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general hotel maintenance or similar environments. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time working schedule. * Substitution contract with future career prospects. * Real **growth** and **development** opportunities within SHR. * **Exclusive benefits** for employees: discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements… and much more!
