The **Hotel Montera Madrid**, a 5\* property, features 93 beautifully decorated rooms with all the amenities one would expect from a **Curio Collection by Hilton** hotel, as well as a fantastic **restaurant and cocktail bar** offering the most stunning views of Madrid’s skyline. We are seeking 1 **Host/Hostess for 20 hours per week** to join the hotel team, responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards: * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, present table options, escort them to their tables, and introduce the menu. * Ensure effective communication among staff across different outlets to monitor table availability and coordinate seating across restaurant service shifts. * Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure the restaurant ambiance complies with hotel standards. * Receive, register, and arrange reservations and special events in the restaurant. * Answer internal and external telephone calls regarding reservations or other matters related to the department. * Support other team members with additional tasks, including cleaning, storage, and napkin folding. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in 5\* hotels or fine-dining restaurants is highly desirable. * Excellent guest service skills. * **Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.** Additional languages are an asset. **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract, 20 hours per week. * Salary according to the Madrid Hospitality Collective Agreement. * Meals, transportation allowance, and tips. * Hilton hotel group benefits (*staff rates*, training, etc.).
